What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard sizes for small, medium, and large dogs. If none of them suits your pet, we make a custom order based on your measurements. You can view the size chart here
How can I measure my dog to choose the right size?
Measure the following parameters:
• Length from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail
• Width of the body (across the shoulders)
• Height at the withers (shoulder)
Add a margin of about 10–20 % to the length and width for comfort.
What materials is the pouf made of?
The upholstery is made from high-quality fabric, plush fabric, resistant to wear.
Can I wash the covers or the upholstery?
Yes, the cover can be washed in a washing machine on a delicate cycle.
How to care for stains or dirt?
Wipe the fabric with a soft cloth and warm water using a gentle, neutral detergent. Do not use harsh chemicals. After cleaning, allow the product to dry thoroughly.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in the EU, Cental Asia or the USA to minimize delivery time and customs complications.
How long does delivery take?
In the USA: usually 5–10 business days (depending on distance and courier).
In Europe: approximately 3–7 business days.

Can I track my order?

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Is there a warranty on the product?
Yes — we offer a 12-month warranty covering seams and structural defects.
Can I return the item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes — provided the item has not been used and the cover has not been removed (for hygiene reasons). A return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
Usually, the buyer covers the return shipping if the reason is “wrong size or design.” If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
What should I do if the product is damaged during delivery?
Take photos of the packaging and the damage, and contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
